About Mojabet Tanzania and this website
Two different entities matter here: the licensed operator behind Mojabet in Tanzania, and this independent informational website that writes about it. This page separates them clearly.
The operator
Lucky Games Limited and the GBT licence
Mojabet in Tanzania is the trade name of Lucky Games Limited, which holds an Internet Sports Betting Licence from the Gaming Board of Tanzania. The entry is public: row two of the GBT's Online Sports Betting register lists Lucky Games Limited with the trade name Mojabet, next to SportPesa, Betika, Parimatch and the rest of the licensed market. The licence is public. The relationship is not new either: Lucky Games Limited was already licensed for SMS lottery operations in Tanzania by 2019, one of four companies holding that licence at the time, and the mojabet.co.tz domain has been registered since August 2017.
The group
Moja Group and the platform behind it
Behind the Tanzanian operation sits a wider structure. The Mojabet brand belongs to Moja Group Inc., a company registered in Mauritius under number C11802348, and the brand runs in several African markets including Zambia, Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal, Angola and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The technology comes from GR8 Tech, a platform provider that signed a long-term partnership with Mojabet to power its sportsbook and casino across these markets. On the cost side, operators in Tanzania pay a 25% tax on gross gaming revenue from sports betting and internet casino, which is part of why licensed play looks the way it does.

What this website is, and is not
Verify before you trust. This website is an independent informational resource about Mojabet Tanzania. It is not the operator's official website, it does not belong to Lucky Games Limited or Moja Group, and it cannot open accounts, accept bets, hold balances or process payments of any kind.
Some links here are affiliate links and may redirect you to third-party operators, including operators different from the brand discussed on this page. Everything published is checked against primary sources such as the Gaming Board of Tanzania register and the Tanzania Revenue Authority, and anything that cannot be verified is marked as such rather than guessed.
